FINTECH SCB — ANALYSIS IS FREE. PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE IS OUR BUSINESS.

We believe economic and geopolitical knowledge should circulate freely. But when information has to become a decision, a structure or an international financial solution, professional expertise begins

There is already more than enough economic noise in the world.

More forecasts. More newsletters. More “exclusive insights”. More subscriptions. More people explaining yesterday’s markets tomorrow morning — preferably behind a paywall.

At Fintech SCB, we have chosen a somewhat different approach.

The economic, financial and geopolitical analysis I publish on Substack and across my professional channels is intended to remain freely accessible.

No subscription should be necessary to understand an interest-rate decision, a sovereign-debt problem, a currency crisis, the consequences of international sanctions or the economic implications of a geopolitical event.

Knowledge has value precisely when it circulates.

But there is an important distinction.

Information is one thing. Professional advisory is another.

And while we believe in sharing knowledge, Fintech SCB is also a professional international financial advisory business.

FROM INFORMATION TO ACTION

Reading an analysis can help someone understand a problem.

Professional advisory begins when that problem becomes your problem.

A company entering a new country does not simply need an article about that economy.

An entrepreneur facing an international banking issue does not need another explanation of how banks theoretically operate.

A family with assets, companies or banking relationships across several jurisdictions does not need another generic article about wealth management.

And someone dealing with Source of Funds, Source of Wealth, international liquidity, residence, sanctions, corporate structures or cross-border banking usually needs something considerably more specific than information found on the internet.

They need the situation to be understood.

They need alternatives to be evaluated.

They need risks to be identified.

They may need banks, lawyers, tax professionals, accountants, fiduciaries or other specialists to become involved.

And above all, they need someone capable of seeing the whole financial picture rather than one isolated transaction.

That is the space in which Fintech SCB operates.

ONE INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL PICTURE

Fintech SCB provides international financial advisory and professional coordination for private individuals, families, entrepreneurs, investors, shareholders and internationally active companies.

Our work can involve:

  • International Private Banking

  • Wealth Management

  • International Wealth Structuring

  • Asset Protection

  • Succession Planning

  • International Banking

  • International Tax & Residency Coordination

  • International Corporate Structuring

  • Corporate Finance

  • Trade Finance

  • International Liquidity Management

  • Source of Funds and Source of Wealth documentation

  • Crypto-assets and traditional banking coordination through compliant channels

  • Sanctions and international financial restrictions

  • Latin America market entry

  • International business expansion

  • Legal, tax and professional coordination

The philosophy behind these activities is deliberately simple:

international financial problems rarely belong to only one category.

A banking problem can become a tax problem.

A corporate decision can affect residence.

A change of residence can affect banking, taxation, investments and corporate structures.

Moving liquidity between jurisdictions can create banking, compliance and documentation requirements.

An international transaction may require interaction between a bank, accountant, lawyer, tax professional and other specialists.

The objective is therefore not to pretend that one adviser replaces every profession.

It is to understand the financial architecture of the problem and, when necessary, coordinate the appropriate professional expertise around the client’s objectives.

ONLINE CONSULTANCY — INTERNATIONAL ADVISORY WITHOUT GEOGRAPHICAL BARRIERS

This is one of the areas of Fintech SCB that I particularly want to highlight.

Professional financial advisory no longer needs to begin with an airplane ticket or a meeting room.

Fintech SCB offers private online consultancy to clients internationally.

A client may be in Milan, Miami, New York, Buenos Aires, Madrid, London, Dubai — or virtually anywhere else.

The first question remains the same:

What is the problem we need to solve?

Our online advisory can be used for an individual consultation concerning a specific matter or, where appropriate, as part of a continuous professional advisory relationship.

A private online consultation may concern an international banking question, a proposed financial transaction, corporate structuring, international liquidity, wealth structuring, compliance, residence, Source of Funds, Source of Wealth, sanctions, trade finance, international payments or another cross-border financial issue.

For clients whose international financial affairs require continuing attention, the relationship can go further.

Fintech SCB can become a continuous international financial point of reference, already familiar with the client’s broader circumstances when another banking, financial, corporate or cross-border question arises.

That continuity matters.

You should not necessarily need to find a completely new adviser every time a new problem appears.

And you certainly should not need a new adviser simply because you cross a border.

One client. One overall financial picture. The appropriate specialists when required.

Fintech SCB’s current corporate brochure confirms that its private online advisory is available both for individual consultations and ongoing professional relationships, remotely and regardless of the client’s location.

INTERNATIONAL BY DESIGN — AND MULTILINGUAL BY DESIGN

International finance should not have a language barrier.

Fintech SCB was conceived as an international platform, not as a domestic advisory business that happens occasionally to deal with foreign clients.

For precisely that reason, the Fintech SCB digital platform is available in 15 languages:

Italiano • English • Español • Français • Deutsch • Português • Русский • 中文 • 日本語 • العربية • Türkçe • हिन्दी • Tiếng Việt • Bahasa Indonesia • 한국어

The multilingual structure is not simply a translated corporate presentation.

It allows international users to explore our services, understand our areas of activity and navigate the platform in their preferred language.

Our corporate brochures are also available in multiple language editions, reflecting the same international approach.

International clients may live in one country, own a company in another, bank in a third and hold assets in several more.

Their financial life does not stop at a national border.

Neither should the advisory relationship.

THE FINTECH SCB CORPORATE BROCHURE

WHY KEEP THE ANALYSIS FREE?

Because someone who reads my analysis does not need to become a client.

And there is absolutely nothing wrong with that.

Someone may read an article about inflation, Argentina, European taxation, fintech, sanctions, Trump, interest rates, banking, artificial intelligence or global markets and simply leave with a better understanding of the subject.

That is already useful.

I have never believed that every piece of knowledge needs to end with a payment screen.

There is also no contradiction between sharing knowledge for free and charging for professional work.

The distinction is actually quite straightforward.

An article explaining international taxation is not individual tax advice.

An analysis of international banking is not the restructuring of someone’s banking relationships.

An article about trusts is not the creation of an individual’s wealth structure.

An explanation of Source of Funds is not the reconstruction of someone’s financial history for a bank.

And an article about geopolitical risk is certainly not the same thing as evaluating how a particular sanction, conflict or regulatory development affects a specific company, investment, transaction or family.

Education explains the problem.

Professional advisory deals with the actual case.

INFORMATION HAS BECOME ABUNDANT. JUDGMENT HAS NOT.

This distinction is becoming even more important in the age of artificial intelligence.

We have probably never had access to more information.

Search engines made knowledge searchable.

Social media made it instantaneous.

Artificial intelligence is making its production almost unlimited.

Yet none of these developments automatically makes a difficult financial decision easier.

In some circumstances, they make it harder.

The scarce resource is increasingly not information.

It is judgment.

The important questions are no longer simply:

Where can I find information about this?

They are:

Which information actually matters?

Which rules apply to my circumstances?

What are the risks?

Which jurisdiction makes sense?

What documentation will a bank require?

What will compliance ask?

Which structure is actually operational rather than merely attractive on paper?

Which professionals need to become involved?

And what should I do next?

Those questions cannot always be answered by producing another thousand words of information.

At some point, information has to become analysis, structure, coordination and execution.

That is where professional expertise begins.

INDEPENDENT ANALYSIS. INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE. PRACTICAL EXECUTION.

Fintech SCB will continue publishing independent analysis of economics, finance, geopolitics and global markets.

That content will remain freely accessible.

Read it.

Share it.

Challenge it.

Disagree with it.

Use it to understand the world a little better.

There is no invoice attached to having an informed opinion.

But when the question stops being theoretical — when it concerns your assets, your company, your banking relationships, your liquidity, your international structure or an actual financial decision — the nature of the problem changes.

That is where Fintech SCB’s professional activity begins.

Read the analysis for free.

When the issue becomes your issue, talk to us privately.
